Gods Architect wrote:Its like a children's book we've all read before, or what was like an old chapter book you read over and over to grasp its meaning and understand its knowledge. But we've grown up now. You merc's showed promise at one point, when your light was still bright. When the word honor and status shined in the cracks of money.
Do you remember what you came here for? Do you remember why you picked your suit? Why chose your weapon? Why you followed your corp into hell? Do you remember? Or the money that made you betray? Was it the lost of glory that made you close hells gate leaving the rest to die?
Do you even remember the person you were before you became great? Before you punished the noobs with your OP weapons? Before you them robbed of their isk as if it was only pocket change in PC? Before you gain the right to put on the proto armor, do you even remember what you were?
The world is now a shadow of what you allowed to become. Before you allowed the money and the fame to rob you of you humanity. But were you even human to began with? Did COD drain you? Did BF3 allow you betray?
War never changes. You have you generals, your spies, and your soldiers. But now I see you've banned together to face a common threat. To face the gods and attempt to rob them of their thrones. Now you bombard them, now you attack them, now you try to take what you believe you've earned.
As you're blood creates an ocean. As your isk forms a void. As try to remember why you were great. Don't you remember?
You were great from all lives you're butchered. You were great from corporations you've ended. You were great for isk gained and stole. From the friendships you've bonded and destroyed. From the God's you made and the kingdoms you demolished. Where without sacrifice you can never hope to change anything.
You are in New Eden... Do you remember?
1st Awesome :) I remember when i first started playing this game, took a while to get used to it tbh, i was fairly new to fps then xD The first suit i chose was a heavy suit with a HMG, partly because i couldn't aim so well then, also because i seemed to find myself in close quaters a lot. My first corporation was Foxhound, which i helped build a pleasant close knit family. Due to lack of squading i moved to Betamax, to find that it was on the verge of collapse. I jumped in to do what i could to keep it up and increase morality but it was not to last. I then joined Synergies gaming clan and went to GATT, but due to lack of squads i found myself soloing again. I do however look forward to joining them in future games. I currently reside in Gravity Prone where a few of my friends went after the fall of Betamax. My playstyle is mainly support roles, i find it is what i excel in, similar to my role in any corp i join, i help people as much as possible, i enjoy helping others :) I was useless when i first started playing, i couldnt aim and died a lot. That is my story. |
